Chromecast audio

I tried casting a program from my Android phone to TV using chromecast and couldn't get any audio. I reset the chromecast, checked TV settings and phone settings but still no audio. TV audio is fine using direct apps and normal TV. Any ideas?

Show MAC address

I'm trying to get the MAC address of the Chromecast to connect to the wifi since I'm using ASK4 Wireless WiFi (student dorm internet) but the option is greyed out on my phone (Samsung S10 Lite). I also am unable to connect to my mobile hotspot.

Chromecast connection speed is low.
