Resolved! Cannot cast from phone but pc is good

I recently changed routers, and I set the SSID and password the same as the old one. Now I cannot cast from my phone to the chromecast, but it works flawlessly on pc (as it did before). Any help would be appreciated.

Volume Bar stuck on screen
