Sinc remote.

Google says my TV will not accept audio commands from Chromecast remote. Volume and mute do not respond. Suggestions short of a new Tv?

Remote control gets hot

My remote control gets real hot, its barely used. I tried everything, also factory reset de chromecast but now i'm not able to connect the chromecast. Unfortunatly i havent got an invoice anymore. Has someone a solution?
