Google tv freeze on G screen

When the device is turned on, it stops at the Google logo and remains in this state. I tried to do a factory reset by pressing the back button, but the device does not respond and remains in its status as it is without change.

Guys my wifi ain't working

My Chromecast is saying can't connect to wifi I have tried some solutions, and it still ain't working. Should I try unplugging the Chromecast and plug it back in after a minute, if not any suggestions please?
