Videos on google tv are blurry

I bought a new veon google tv 2 months ago it was working fine at first but now apps such as neon, Disney plus and YouTube videos are all blurry and pictures jump around. Can anyone help?

Disney + errors

I’ve had a recurring problem trying to stream Disney + programming on my Google TV. The display breaks into sections with some sections as solid color blocks, others as repeated other sections. Help!

How to get sideloaded app to kids profile

I sideloaded an app to my Chromecast with Google TV (4k). It shows up in my profile and works fine.However, I can't find it in the list of app that are allowed to add to kids profile. Is there a way to allow sideloaded app to show up in kids profile?
