Samsung + Chromecast with Google TV Stuttering

I've tried changing settings on my Samsung tv and the frame rate of the Chromecast itself and nothing seems to help the frame rate. It's jumpy and drops frames periodically. I haven't seen any answers on the web for this. Any help?
