Chromecast maintains solid white light

I try to connect my Chromecast 3rd G but when I connect the device to the network it does not respond.... I did a factory reset and the white light remains fixed

Chromecast Ambient mode bugg?

If i start the Ambient Mode with my Google Photos it works for 1 picture then it switched to the next but then it goes back to the 'Default' photos . How do i fix this?
