No HDR10 on A12

On a chromecast with google tv, with the update to a12 I don't have hdr10, dolby vision works fine but hdr10 doesn't work in any application.Any advice?

No settings after update Android 12

Cannot pick power for remote

I am trying to move my chromecast to a new TV. Volume setup and input setup work as expected. Power, takes a moment, and then it says "Unable to reach Google servers". Is a server down?
