Chromecast Remote Draining Batteries Quickly

I bought 3 new chomecasts with TV about a month ago and started to notice that the batteries only last about a week to two weeks on all of them, regardless of use. Any idea whats going on with my remotes? I cant keep changing batteries at this pace.
