Program is from???

so a program is playing and I am not sure where its from???? Any ideas. How do I find what is playing?

Wifi

to set up the chrome sat your mobile device/tablet has to be on the same wifi as the chrome cast. However, I’m in college and the wifi network used to set up dorm TVs is not the same one used for mobile devices/laptops. I don’t know what to do.
