Nest doorbell peeling and conectivity issues.

Hi, my Nest doorbell has started peeling and it looks terrible, also now giving me issues with connectivity when I get notified that someone is at the door, by the time it connects whoever rang the bell has gone.

History not showing on nest cam. Help required

I have 2 x external nest cameras. Wired upto internet and powered via the mains.Live camera works fine however history refuses to show. I pay the £5 a month for the service but still nothing. I've restarted cameras but nothing.Can anyone help please?...
