H71 error - faulty heat link?

Like many others one of our heat link is giving this error message.We've tried all the trouble shooting but it's not resolving the issue. We've only had it for 4 months.It sounds like we need a new heat link, how do we claim under warranty?

Nest Thermostat - how to keep it cooling 24/7 at 58 degrees

Hello - I recently put a new gen Nest thermostat in my wine cellar.How do I keep the nest constantly cooling at 58 degrees. it keeps changing to eco mode on the away mode. should i just turn the home/away function off - if so how do i do this?

Thermostat history and schedule unsynced

My schedule and history appear to be misaligned. I was away for four weeks and had my heating scheduled to come on 1/2 hours per day but my history is showing it was on for up to 8 hours.
