Thermostat won’t appear in the app

The thermostat will not appear on the app. When I try to add the thermostat to the app using a code, I can’t see the code as the thermostat says it is connected to the app. How do I fix this?

Resolved! Nest Thermostat not adjusting to the temperature set.

I have set my nest thermostat to 10 degrees (celcius) to save power, but the current temperature up top has remained at 21 degrees and will not change. I’ve checked settings and nothing seems out of place, so I’m incredibly confused.
