Chromecast with google tv wont factory reset

My chromecast just won't factory reset, not via the settings app and not via recovery.If i do it via the settings app, it restarts, shows the google logo with erasing and then shows the android robot with text "Fault" and reboots like nothing happend...

Resolved! Chromecast not commuticating

My Chromecast is connected to an old Network it was given a name I'm able to find the old Network but my new network can't communicate with my old Network and I'm not able to factory reset either I just want to get my Chromecast working
