I have to factory reset my device often because netflix or Disney+
doesn't work often. They work until the movie starts. Then an error
occurs. and only reboot helps.

In the Amazon Music app there is a setting called "Loudness
Normalisation". Disabling this fixed the problem. I suspect the default
value was inadvertently changed during a software update. Original
