I have a projector to which I've connected my Chromecast. I can see the image perfectly, but I can't hear anything. I've looked in the settings for the configuration, but it's impossible. I don't know what to do anymore.

second hand chrome cast wont connect

i have factory reset the device, downloaded the google chrome app, and tried to connect while on the wifi that the device makes however the app still cant find the chrome cast. any suggestions?
