My doorbell is flaking

It has been just over a year and device is starting to flake and peel. This seems like a product defect which should have been caught. Device is barely out of warranty, so what can i do to get it replaced? I hear that its possible.

Rain and the floodlight and the camera

My camera keeps thinking the rain is a vehicle and it triggers the floodlights. I saw a thread from earlier this year but does anyone know if Google is working on this? Seems to be a major flaw in their AI.

Resolved! Using manual dimmer switch to dim floodlight

I am planning to install Google Nest Floodlight cam in my backyard. I would like to use the manual dimmer switch like Lutron or Levitron for floodlight dimming. This will be useful as there won't be any need to use the home app to dim the lights.

Doorbell doesn’t stay on mount

I'm So irritated. My nest doorbell camera won't stay on the mount and it keeps falling off. Now, It won't turn on or charge. I pressed the reset button and still nothing. Any suggestions are welcome
