Resolved! Nest Cam Indoor wired 2nd generation

Just purchased new camera. When I follow directions to install, all goes well until "finishing up" prompt. After about3-4 minutes I received "Something went wrong" prompt. I have repeated all steps. Google Home seems to be functional. Suggestions??

Did not pick up person

We just reviewed the Nest camera video and noticed it didn't pick up a person who clearly walked in the field of view of the camera. There were zero indications of a person or even motion on the log and the camera did not identify a person or motion....
