Wiring

i tried wiring both upstairs and downstairs zones. Downstairs worked fine. Upstairs I followed the wiring from the attached photo, but hot air is blowing from vents when it should be cooling. does anyone have any wiring tips?

Nest Thermostat missing wire?

I wired my nest thermostat but my AC isn't showing up on my equipment. There was originally a yellow jumper wire in my old thermostat but now I only have 4 and none of them are yellow. Unsure if my system is compatible.
