I can't tell you how much I regret this purchase. I can't get this stupid thing to work. It's always resetting, staying at 78 degrees. how to set and stay at one temperature???

App says not compatible- true or not true?

The app is saying my thermostat isn’t compatible. I feel like it’s incorrect. I have W2, G, W, B, Y, R with a jumper to RC. I can’t add a photo or I would…any insight would be helpful! If it is compatible, which wire would be the C wire?

Nest E, heat will not stop

I have a Nest E.As soon as I connect the 2 wires the heat turns on and stay's always on, After I put the Nest and configure it, it's still would not turn the heat off.
