Heat will not turn on

Everything worked fine yesterday. Nest says an update was installed last night and now I cannot cycle heat or cool. Checked furnace and it is working fine. No matter what temp I put in the nest thermostat it will not turn heat or cool on.

I've been using Nest thermostats for over a year at 2 different houses. Suddenly my locations and cameras no longer show up in my app. It's like it's been completely erased and l have to start over. Is their a way to get back what l've been using?

WiFi connectivity for thermostat
