Chromecast no controla volumen tv

Hola. He comprado una televisión Qilive y no aparece entre las marcas para añadir dispositivo en el control de mando a distancia. El problema es que así no puedo controlar el volumen de la televisión con el mando del Chromecast. ¿Alguna solución?

ambient mode issues?

I have the option to personalize ambient mode, but when I select it there's nothing on the next screen. I usually have a personal album displaying from Google photos. It no longer a working. I've tried resetting the device 2 times and still no luck
