Unacceptable end of Chromecast

It is extremely absurd that Google will discontinue the Chromecast and replace it with another extremely expensive and useless product! We want to stick with Google Chromecast as it is cheap and simple. WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE END OF CHROMECAST!

Can Chromecast 4K downscale 4K content to HD
