Freezing again after factory reset

I recently did a factory reset on my Chromecast with Google TV 4K due to it having issues with freezing and that resolved the problem for about 2 weeks and now the issue has already returned. Is this an indication the the device has a problem?

FuboTV app not available on Google TV Streamer

I switched from a Google Chromecast to a Google TV Streamer and now I no longer have FuboTV as an available app, which is the main app that I use. I have reverted back to Google Chromecast for now. Will FuboTV be supported on Google TV Streamer?
