Camera/Floodlight won’t finish setup

I have a camera/floodlight that worked fine until I changed routers. It went offline and when I try to set it up again I get to turning the power on - the floodlight comes on and the little light is immediately green instead of flashing white / blue....

Camera will not charge

The camera will not charge. Other Nest cameras charge ok so it is not the charger. The camera will also not reset. It shows 4 percent charge but the green light does not come on when mounted.
