iPhone notification sounds for Nest Doorbell

We’ve just installed our new doorbell but for some reason, iPhone notifications have no sound. Phone sound is on, volume is up, sounds are enabled in Settings > Home app > notifications and switched on in the Home app itself. Bit stumped. Any help?

Home App and Nest App

I purchased new cameras and the directions told me to set them up in my Home app (I already have a doorbell camera and thermostat). All of my devices show in my home app. However, I do not see the new cameras in my Nest app. How do I fix this issue?
