I just installed my google nest system. Everything on my app works great. I added my wife to the account and she has the app on her phone. She app will not allow her to access the cameras.

Password reset email is not coming through

Trying to reinstall the Nest app on my iPad and the password reset email is not coming through. Using gmail acct. The app continues to display appropriately on both our iPhones and another iPad. Very frustrating!
