Google nest camera outdoor won't charge

I have two google nest outdoor cameras on battery. They both ran dead while I was away, and now neither will charge. I have the cord seated properly in the charger, and the settings are set to Magnetic.

Nest Indoor Cam won't stream on home.google.com

All of my camera devices (nest hello doorbell and hub max) stream successfully on home.google.com. Recently the indoor wired cam gen2 does not stream via the web and I get a camera unavailable error. Please advise. Thank you,Michael

Doorbell warranty claim - no response

I posted a warranty claim over 2 weeks ago and I’ve had no communication since! I’d say this a very poor customer service from a brand that is supposedly market leading. Some assistance would be gratefully appreciated. thank you
