Can't set up neat indoor wired gen 2 camera

Hiwhen I try to set up my new camera I get to the stage to create a new network for devices. This is the only nest device I have but when I try to create a network the response is "something went wrong. Try again later"! Any ideas?

Nest doorbell (battery)

My nest says it’s charging and that I have to dismount it. What’s that all about? I’ve only had it a couple of weeks.
