Nest hello (wired) rings chime but has no power

Hi, I'm in the UK and I've just got a Nest Hello (wired) and I can't get it to work. I've wired it up to my existing wired doorbell from Honeywell (DW313S) and changed the transformer for a 12v one.Nothing happens on the doorbell, no blue light etc.....

Camera never shows live

Whenever I go to check my camera live, sometimes it plays audio shortly then fails to load, or shows an image briefly then also fails to load. Is there something I can do to help with this? Could it be my wifi? TYIA
