Nest says delayed

My Nest periodically (about once a month) says “delayed” and we get no a/c. It’s hooked up to a common wire already. Photo of wiring and voltage is attached. Eventually the a/c comes back on thus far but we don’t really know what makes it come back. ...

E105 with sensor added.

As soon as I connect my nest temp sensor. My next thermostat starts coding out for e105. If I remove the sensor from the system and restart thermostat. It runs normal as it did before.

Nest Compatibility

 Is this wiring configuration compatible?  Last pic is at the HVAC motherboard.

NEST wiring compatibility check

I thought I was following the diagramming instructions correctly but the Nest E keeps blowing hot air when the unit thinks it's cooling. I was able to get it to churn out cool air by removing the White wire entirely, but it reverted to hot air again ...

Nest Thermostat pausing during heating/cooling sessions

My thermostat will pause the cooling session only after a few minutes. Then it’ll start up again. It does this multiple times before it’ll just run constantly. I’ve seen it say on display a few times “cooling to resume in xxx minutes” has anyone else...
