The nest thermostat and app states that the house is heating, but the
radiators aren't coming on or heating the house. The hot water is still
coming on and working on schedule, but the heating is not working.
I have 3 thermostat and A few days ago we had an internet outage but one
of the thermostats will no longer connect to my wifi. I have done
everything to reconnect but it cannot find the Wi-Fi. And when I enter
it manually the same thing
The thermostat is set to the incorrect time. Can change time to 24 or 12
hour settings, but not the actual time, that is off by hours. Shouldn’t
time be set via WiFi?
When there is a power outage/cable outage and the nest thermostat loses
WiFi, if a generator is plugged into my cable modem, will it work? Is
there a way to get the thermostat to work for heat?
i am looking for the best video to illustrate how to manually program
the learning thermostat using the nest app there seem to be many out
there but not very good
My nest learning thermostat has been working great until noticed it
showed offline So I have worked and worked now for hours to try to get
on line, every device in home is on line, now completely dead!!! No
lights no nothing total darkness on dial
Hello, have had my heatlink replaced but now the heating seems to
operate independently of the thermostat. The system seems to be
permanently on and not running to the schedule set in the app. What
should I do please?
Trying to change the email my Nest account is connected to. Previous
email is no longer active and when I try to log in, the two step
verification is sending a code to my old email. Help!!
