My thermostat shows that the air is on, but it will not turn my ac on at all. I have changed the batteries, I have double checked the wiring, and I have even done a reset…it still won’t turn my air on. What am I missing?
My app shows the target temp is 65 on Heat mode, the current temp is 74 in the house; and the heat is on stage 2. At the thermostat all of the readings say the same but that the heat is not on. I’ve also confirmed that the heat is not really on.
