Heat link not working. No heating until it’s working. Tried resetting but still not working. Completely dead.

Nest Thermostat remote not found

My nest learning thermostat can't find not one but both remote censors. I even put them next to the thermostat. I installed new batteries too. Any ideas?

After I installed the nest power connector, my nest still show no power, when I set up the nest thermostat in google home, it showed connected, but it said: something went wrong, we could not have your changes, try again. What should I do next?

Parents entered wrong heat source - how to change?

My parents put in the nest learming thermostat today and entered the wrong heating type - forced air when in fact we have propane. Is there a way to change this or do they have to do factory reset?
