Nest app shows away

My nest app says I am away but I am not. This is on the heating screen. The heating and scheduler are working fine. I have stopped it looking for out phones but it still says away. Does anyone know what to do?

Home/Away Assist thinks I'm away

Hi there, for some reason my learning thermostats think I'm away even when I'm at home. I checked and location services are turned on for the Nest app. Any ideas on why it's not sending my location? I'm also connected to my homes WiFi. Thanks!
