AC Shutdown

AC shutting down when temperature is above set point. Thermostat said start again 2 hours. On its own. I have found times when the set point changes on its own. How do I stop outside input from changing system settings.

Power connector not working

Just installed a new Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd gen. Had low Vin when cooling, and Google support said I needed a power connector since I didn’t have a C wire. After installing the power connector, I have low Vin and low Voc. Can someone help?!

I've been using my iPhone Nest app to control my two Nest Thermostats for years. Suddenly, the app wants me to "add" my t-stats. Both are working fine and connected to my network. How do I re-connect to my iPhone app?
