Thermostat is online but app indicates offline

I’ve had 3 thermostats for 2 years and the worked beautifully remotely. About 3 months ago my app indicates all 3 are offline however power, WiFi and actual thermostats are working fine. Any ideas on how to fix so I can utilize it via app again?
