Nest thermostat delayed; has c wire and good voltage

I have a 3rd gen nest thermostat. Last night it started delaying for 3 minutes several times. It has a c wire and the voltage is 3.93. It’s always worked fine until last night. What’s going on?

App and therm not responsive

No power to Rc wire detected- code E73

AC unit would turn on for 2-3 mins then turn off for 2-3 mins then back on and constantly repeat this cycle. I checked the wires and they were good. Turns out it was a clogged condensate drain. Keep this in mind when checking your unit for code E73.
