Chromecast Connects @ Highest Volume

Chromecast connects perfectly, however.... it starts the cast at maximum volume everytime.Tried cust support... 2 1/2 hours later... nope no help.Hopefully y'all might have a DIY fix for this obnoxious ear splitting thang.Thanks
