Chromecast google tv unable to load for you

Hi everyone, I've tríes everything I've found online. I am starting to think it's relate to my account. Because when I add a different account all the features work. Is anyone having similar issues ?

HELP! All recommendations have disappeared on Chromecast w/Google TV

For about 3 WEEKS my 4k Chromecast w/GTV is no longer showing recommended content... I've restarted the chromecast with google tv multiple times, toggled all the settings repeatedly (and yes I've double checked to make sure I'm not in Apps Only Mode)...

Chromecast to a non-wifi tv

I have an old Samsung TV with an HDMI port but cannot be connected to a Wi-Fi connection. Can I use Chromecast on it? Will 4k work be compatible with it? or HD? Suggestions needed.
