Contacting customer service support

I tried having a Google agent to call me to troubleshoot an issue with my chromecast. Each time it said that someone has rung my phone number but I did not receive the call. Is there a simple and straightforward way to contact Google for support?

Resolved! Chromecast not detecting remote

My chromecast is not connecting with its remote. I attempted to connect it with my phone (as a remote), and it didn't work as well. I've restarted the device a few times. Does Google have a support number I can call?
