My Nest Cam Outdoor cord that is connect to the camera is disintegrating. I have bare wire in many places and it is cracked in others. Can something be done about this? The cord seems integrated into the camera. It will no longer give me a signal.

We love our nest cameras and doorbells, but our outdoor nest camera always thinks faint airplane noise is a person talking. Is anyone else experiencing this? We've had both products across 2 homes for years and it just started happening this year.
