My nest thermostat was installed and the heat doesn't turn on but the fan blows. I have a trane furnace. It does work when I tell it to use emergency heat. I reset furnace. I'll show my set up as well. Both current and the old wiring.

Are there any plans for the European version to get power (the thermostat) from batteries? Being able to move it but have to put close to an outlet kind of defeats the purpose of portability in my opinion .
Cannot Sign Into Nest App
I cannot connect to the Nest App. I'm prompted to sign in with my Google account, I select it, allow access, and I am then transferred to the Google home screen (www.google.com). Account never adds to Nest and I cannot remotely control my device.
