Hi, I have York HVAC system and my thermostat shows R, C, A+ and B- wires. Picture attached. Is my system compatible? I opened HVAC board and it shows same wires and labels. If rewiring required, do you who can come and estimate the cost first?

Nest thermostat keeps displaying test

We've installed the Nest learning thermostat and the wiring is correct, but the system keeps saying "test" and it doesn't appear to be on after that. Have removed the unit from the base to reset and it didn't do anything.
