Heating when in cooling

I am having issues with hot air coming in when the thermostat is in cooling mode. Tried to reset the thermostat twice ask the way from beginning but no luck. Attached is my writing diagram for a conventional AC unit. 

Nest Thermostat stopped working

My nest thermostat won’t turn on. It says there’s no power to the rh wire. I’ve reset my breaker, the nest itself, charged it, removed and reinserted the wires, the heat simply won’t turn on.
