My thermostat doesn’t respond to the app anymore

The thermostat doesn’t change the temperature anymore when I use my phone, same goes for the “away” function. It doesn’t work.I have checked all connections and updated the software. Nothing works.

Nest Thermostat Apple HomeKit

I have my 4th gen pair with HomeKit via Matter. Whenever I use a scene or automation to set the temperature it never works, it sets some random temperature or none at all. Anyone else run into this? Thanks vm
