My hearing automatically goes to 76 degrees

I don’t think I have a routine set up, we use the thermostat manually. When I turn on the heat to e.g. 65 degrees it will sometimes automatically sets itself to 76 degrees. When I navigate to “Heat” on the thermostat it will show 76 degrees. HELP!!
