separate thermostat for heating and air conditioning.

I have separate thermostats in my home - one on my first floor that controls the heat and one on the second floor that controls the air conditioning. would I purchase 2 separate nest thermostats - will they work together . not sure if this is the rig...

Heats instead of cooling

Have had the best for a year or two. No problems. Now will only heat not cool. Have tried the troubleshooting to no avail. Any ideas?

Nest learning thermostat temperature

I can’t get the thermostat to change to what I want the temp to be. Also, I hate this thermostat. But how do I get it to change? I tell it to get warmer and it doesn’t. Can anyone help? I’ve deleted the schedule and reset it a half a dozen times.
