Nest gen 3 Hot water time not setting

All is going well with the gen 3 thermostat, but I seem to be having a head scratching moment.I cannot seem to set my hot water schedule to start a 4am! It just seems to select 4.30am and not any sooner!Any suggestions?

Account disconnected on thermostat

Thermostat says account disconnected. All the solutions I’ve tried says use the settings on thermostat but I cannot use settings because it says account disconnected

A/C running continuously -- even when heating

It's heating season, and only gas heat should be running, but every couple of weeks, my A/C switches on and runs continuously. The heat keeps cycling (on most of the time) to keep the temperature up, but the A/C compressor and fan are always running....
