Cant get nest to heat over 20.5c

Battery won't hold the charge

I just installed a Nest thermostat gen 3. It won't turn on. Just hooked up with W1, Rh, Y1,and G wires. I checked the breaker and it's on and rewired to test and making sure that they're seated properly.Any advice would help. Thanks.
